Q. What is bootloop
“Bootloop” is a very familiar term for smartphone users whatever OS they use, but it is definitely more familiar to Android phone users. Such openness has opened vistas for our great developers to cook ROMs, mods and hacks. It has enriched our experience with our phones at one hand, and posed a few problems like bootloop or a bricked phone in rare cases.

  1. A few weeks ago, the power button on the device stopped working and I had to lock/turn on the screen manually. Furthermore, whenever I shut off the phone, it would restart itself a few seconds later. These were the only problems I experienced with the device since I purchased it. Consequently, I decided to erase all data and do a factory reset (Via reset & backup section of settings) After the reset, the phone restarted, the Lenovo logo appeared and then a recovery page titled "Lenovo-recovery" showed up. Below it says "Cleaning system" in Mandarin. I have attached a picture of the corresponding display. Several seconds later the phone reboots and the process repeats itself indefinitely (starting with the Lenovo logo boot screen)

What solutions would you suggest for this issue?
